I’m so excited you’re considering the Urban Girl Nutrition Program! My overall philosophy is based on a highly nutritious eating plan that naturally slims you down, and combines fun, moderate exercise & proper supplementation.
I created this program out of my own need to feel great and understand what I’m putting into my body.
In addition to being a holistic health counselor and certified Pilates instructor, I’m a busy woman who works full time in the non profit sector. I realized the toll “grabbing a quick bite to eat” was taking on my health, energy level (or lack of), wallet and overall wellbeing and state of mind.
Studying at the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, I was able to create this fun and informative program that works, especially for the busy woman always on the go. No gimmicks, no false promises.
I love good food and have been privileged to marry a man who sells wine. We’re not talking any kind of wine, truly amazing quality wine! Because of this, I believe that none of us are meant to “live in a box” and be told exactly what to eat and what not to eat. I created this program to help you find your most healthy, slim & sexy self based on a healthy, satisfying lifestyle.
